1. Liberty Reservoir

Liberty Reservoir is located just 10 miles west of Owings Mills and can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car via route MD-26 and Liberty Road. Fed by the Patapsco River, this reservoir was constructed in the 1950s and is owned and managed by the City of Baltimore Department of Public Works.
2. Baltimore’s Inner Harbor

3. Hampton National Historic Site
Located about 12 miles east of Owings Mills, Hampton National Historic Site is a preserved 18th-century plantation where you can learn more about the history of the region while visiting one of its best-preserved estates. Featuring sprawling gardens, a Georgian manor house, and original stone slave quarters, this historic site is a fantastic destination for a day trip.
