As your Kia dealer, we hope that you’ll never be involved in an accident. If you should ever need a collision repair, you always have the choice between your dealership or an independent repair shop. We’d like to tell you some of the keys to a high-quality repair for your Kia, and why we’re the first choice to provide that repair.

Highly-Trained Technicians

The best repair can only be performed by experts who know and understand your Kia. All of our technicians are trained by Kia and certified to perform all possible repairs. In addition, our technicians regularly attend training courses on new Kia models and special features. This intensive and constant training is coupled with daily practical experience in Kia servicing and repairs.

A regular mechanic won’t have this level of expertise or knowledge. Mechanics work on a variety of makes and models daily. Not all of this practical experience is readily transferrable to your Kia. The differences between various makes and models can lead to possible mistakes or errors in the repair. The lack of practical experience will also lead to longer repair times.

High-Quality Parts

As a Kia dealer, we only use genuine Kia parts in all of our repairs. These parts are designed and engineered by Kia to fit your car and work perfectly. Genuine Kia parts are identical to the parts that were used to build your car. We have a comprehensive stock of parts available and can speedily receive any additional parts that are needed from Kia.

A regular repair shop is unlikely to have or use Kia parts. Most repair shops will use generic parts as they are cheaper than genuine ones. A generic part isn’t designed specifically for your Kia, it’s designed to fit a variety of makes and models. Since the part isn’t designed for your car, it may not fit or work as well as the genuine part. In addition, generic parts usually need to be replaced more frequently.

Warranty

Warranties on labor and repairs are guarantees that repair work has been completed correctly. In the unlikely event of a problem, the problem will be fixed for free. We provide a warranty on all of our repair work, and Kia provides warranties on all of the replacement parts. Any repairs necessary can also be performed at any Kia car dealership.

A repair shop may offer a warranty on their labor, but any adjustments after a repair will need to be completed at the same repair shop. In addition, generic parts don’t usually have a warranty as they’re not specifically designed for your car.
